Darren Cawardine

graduated from the University of Bristol in 2009 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and have been working as a practising veterinary surgeon since this time. In 2012 I returned to Bristol and undertook a small animal rotating internship (clinical training) at Langford Veterinary Services. I then began my Masters by Research with help from the Elizabeth Blackwell Institute as a Wellcome Trust Veterinary Clinical Primer and I am now enrolled on a four year PhD, funded by the University of Bristol. I also work as a teaching assistant at the Centre for Comparative and Clinical Anatomy and will begin a senior clinical training scholarship in small animal surgery (clinical training) following the completion of my PhD.
